Look at the artists and art styles you enjoy, and instead of copying them directly, try to figure out what it is that they’re doing, and what it is about their work that you enjoy.  This takes a lot of practice and mileage, and the more you draw and look at your own work, as well as other peoples’ work, you’ll start to see what works for you aesthetically.

Remember that style is not everything, and the goal of drawing and painting is to enjoy making work as well as learn more about yourself and the world around you.

This is a very perfect answer to the “style question” and about the goal of drawing.
